I stayed at George House, Exeter. I can't recommend this flats enough. I first heard of them by a friend who lived in a 6 bedroom flat and absolutely loved their layout. I moved with my boyfriend to a two bedroom flat and its incredible. It has a very spacious living room with tv and two sofas and two good rooms. It has a huge skylight and its right next to town and very close to uni. For the few problems we have had with the flat, the maintenance people has been really quick and efficient to help. For example, the washing machine broke and within the next day somebody had come with a replacement. The only downside may be that this flat is a bit cold and doesn't have much natural light. However, they are very little problems that are overshadowed by how much I liked living in this flat.

Stayed with Condor at Hayes Apartments in Loughborough for the last year. The location to campus and town is excellent and the apartments are located in the best road for university students. The flat has purpose built facilities making it comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well designed for the people per flat. I particular like the big fridge/ freezer and the tv and sofas in the kitchen.

Condor was so great that myself and my four other flatmates decided to stay in the same apartment with them for two years. So many aspects of our tenancy contributed to this: the flat itself was gorgeous with lots of natural light in all the bedrooms; everything was included in our rent (water, heating, wifi, Apple TV, maintenance); the maintenance were relatively fast and efficient (but the fact there was a maintenance team at all was awesome, and they are always mega friendly); our rent was a pretty good price given the location, and all the things included (plus the free pizza, hoodies and umbrellas); we had a large kitchen with most of the important facilities which was fab. Our landlord was also great, he made regular checks but without being invasive and was more or less always available when we needed him. Thanks Nathan, you've been great. We'll all be sad to leave our apartment but I know next years tenants will love it just as much as we do!

Stayed with Condor for two years and they were the absolute best!!The house is up to date and has little extra things like apple TV. They always gave us freebies, such as pizza, hoodies etc. Always helpful if something was wrong with the house, and maintenance was there within 24 hours�Would definetely recommend to other students!!!

Not only is our Condor flat beautifully furnished, the space for 2 people is amazing in all rooms. It's clean, modern and feels like a real home, not a student property. It makes a real difference being in a welcoming living environment where we can happily do uni work as well as relax. The view is outstanding from our living room and bedroom, overlooking the whole Swansea bay from Port Talbot to Mumbles. Everyone who sees our flat says how amazing it is and wishes they went with Condor! Because of our great experience many of our friends have gone with Condor for next year! The other touches like having a dishwasher and a bath are also a real bonus and make it extra special. Any minor issues that we have had such as lightbulbs in the ceiling needing to changed etc, the maintenance men have dealt with it within the same day, which makes life so much easier. All the work men who we have met too are very friendly and efficient. Our landlord Nathan is really lovely, friendly and gets the job done. He enables the jobs to be done very quickly and is always immediately contactable. I wish I could live here forever, and will be so sad to leave this amazing flat!!!!

Bradley Power - Aberystwyth

Stayed at their property in Aberystwyth for the past 2 years now and it has to be said they're the best landlords in Aberystwyth in my opinion. Quick responses with any problems and regular visits keep everyone up to date on anything to do with the property. Never had a problem at all and the houses are very well furnished with everything you could need for your time as a student. Highly recommend them and the little bonuses they offer such as the gift boxes, hoodies and free night of pizza just add that extra touch when transitioning to the properties. Without a doubt, Condor Properties provides student accommodation that is most definitely a cut above the rest! Having lived in their Aberystwyth accommodation for two years, I can confidently say that Condor Properties has and will provide a reliable and quality service from start to finish. As for the properties themselves, well… they are clean, fully furnished (they even have Apple TV), and affordable. With no deposit required, low-cost monthly rent (which is inclusive of all bills), no fees when you book direct, and access to a reliable and friendly maintenance team, it’s a no-brainer really! What is more, your location manager will be on hand to ensure that you have a great experience renting student accommodation in your university years. Highly recommended!

Condor is a league above the other letting agencies. Nathan is a fantastic landlord, always able to reach and gets the job sorted, so lovely and friendly too and he actually cares. We have had bad experiences with student rentals before and Condor are just incredible, the houses are so homely, with lots of lovely touches: apple tv, tv, canvas which makes it very comfortable. When you move in they talk you through everything and even buy you a pizza, so many nice touches. I couldn't go with any other letting agency after Condor.

Condor are literally the best landlords you could wish for. In comparing with all my friends they definitely give the BEST value for money ratio. The flat is amazing, and fairly new and the price can't be beaten. Any problems we've had over the year (and there's been a handful, sorry Akiff) they've sorted to the best of their ability, and I know of no other company that has a maintenance team, one that aren't grumpy, but polite and enjoyable. Every little thing they do, from the free hoodies, to the way the deposit works, and the introductory pizza meeting just proves that they are amazing. Like my friends are astounded when I tell them what kind of a service they received - it's fabled. And last, but not at all the least, Akiff. What a babe. I've never met a landlord so chilled and understanding and we don't know what we would have done without him constantly available to us. He is 90% the source for why we praise Condor sooo much.

Reasonable rent for a lovely furnished house with a flat screen TV, fast broadband included in our rent, full length mirrors in our rooms (a rarity in student houses!) and brand spanking new bathroom. Maintenance have always been quick to respond to any problems. Going to miss living in our cute little pad!

The standard of the property was immaculate, with the bathrooms being fitted for us as we moved in and the rooms being large and well laid out. Our landlord was really friendly, and always wanted to know if everything was okay and if there were any future improvements that could be made.
