Condor and our landlord Nathan have been so great this year that I am continuing to live with them next year! If we ever had any problems or questions about the flat, they were answered and dealt with quickly by the friendly maintenance team. The location is perfect and Condor has made it so much easier by including bills within the contract to save tenants having to sort this out. My only suggestion if I'm being picky would be that the flats were more thoroughly cleaned over the summer, as well as painted more regularly before the new tenants move in to increase the standard of the accommodation - apart from this, everything was great!

If that wasn't enough they give you lots of nice goodies for signing up to celebrate your new house. Condor have been great throughout the year, the house rented at a very reasonable price with all the standard bills included plus some nice extras such as fast virgin internet and an Apple TV! Whenever there were maintenance issues raised (as is the case with student houses), the response was usually quick and the team were always really friendly when they came! If I had another year left of university, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All in all, a great house, a great price and great service.

Outstanding property to be living in as a student. Facilities are flawless, having a TV in the kitchen makes socials with the house mates fun (especially when watching The Chase). Not only is the TV a great addition to the kitchen but the amount of space we have is welcoming for pre drinks before a night out! The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses all fitted with a desk to complete uni work with ease. As a result of this we decided to resign for our final year of study and are looking forward to spending our final year at uni with Condor Properties!

Without a doubt the best accommodation I've stayed in! I lived in cathedral street in Lincoln, and it is hands down the nicest student accommodation I've been in! Kerryn has made our year excellent, always helpful and super friendly! I've met some amazing friends through here and we've all decided to stay another year because it's so close to town and university, the interior is modern and has a home like feeling which other accommodations don't. I would recommend this 1000 times and definitely if your staying in Lincoln this is the place to stay!

We absolutely loved living in Condor for our second year, it was one of the best decisions we could have made! The flats are so amazing, so modern and well furnished. The location is the best place that you can get in Exeter and it couldn't have been better. If ever anything went wrong we could contact Maintenance straight away and they would deal with it really quickly, either fixing or replacing it. Condor wouldn't be the same without the greatest landlord Nathan who was always on hand to make sure that we were okay and even fixing things for us. Had the best year in Condor and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

Would highly recommend choosing condor for your student accommodation! As you can see online all the houses come furnished with apple tvs, tv license, internet, bills included and more! Any problems were resolved straight away after contact with staff was made. Everything is so straight forward and many perks are included like pizza when first moving in, a condor welcome pack and a variety of prize draws and competitions throughout the year! Was gutted I only lived in a condor house during my final year and missed out before, they go quick so make sure you view and sign early!

Living with Condor properties for my second year was so good, that I carried on living with them for my third year too! I lived in a 5 bedroom flat in George house which was literally 5 minutes from the city centre and only a 15 to 20 minute stroll to campus! Defiantly a great experience!

Choosing to live with Condor for my third year was one of the best decisions I have made, they're in a league of their own against other student letting companies. Our flat in Swansea was amazing - you could never get bored of the view over Mumbles, Swansea Bay and Port Talbot. Its location to the uni was a 5 minute walk, so it was ideal. The flat was very well furnished and modern, with a flat screen TV and Apple TV. The rent was very reasonable, especially as bills and internet were included. Nathan our location manager was always friendly and helpful. We very rarely needed maintenance but when we did the problem was sorted quickly to a high standard. We are really going to miss the flat and it was so hard leaving! I would recommend anyone looking for student accommodation to go with Condor, but bare in mind the houses get taken really quick!

Condor have been excellent as a landlord in my second and third year of university. This year I was fortunate enough to be able to live in their flat in Swansea which offers some of the best views a student house could ever have! All bills were included and the Condor team were always on hand if ever there was an issue. The flat was amazing, very spacious and comfortable and did not feel like student accommodation. It was very sad to leave the flat at the end of this university year but have many fond memories to look back on. Thankyou Condor!

Wish I'd used them my whole time at uni rather than just my final year in Swansea.

I lived in a condor house for one year but wish I did for my whole time at uni - best housing company by far. They go so much further than everyone else in terms of staying on top of house maintenance and making you feel welcome. They provide so many things that others overlook - such as the TV, canvases in every bedroom and bonuses like the hoodies and the pizza night. All the maintenance issues we had were followed up with a phone call and then condor's maintenance team (Not just handymen) came to sort whatever issues we had. Most of their houses fill up fast so get in there quick! Highly recommended.
