All of our properties meet safety regulations, government standards & where applicable are HMO licensed. 

All gas systems are professionally certified by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer annually. All properties have valid gas safety certificates.

All properties with a gas supply have all been fitted with Carbon Monoxide detectors for that extra piece of mind.

All electrical appliances are PAT tested annually by qualified electricians. All properties have valid electrical safety certificates.  

Fire detection systems are fitted throughout our portfolio. They are all certified and regularly checked.

All of our student accommodation blocks have Water Hygiene Management Plans in place to ensure all water services are safe and hygienic to use.

All of the properties are fully insured and include Public Liability Insurance. Please assist us by observing the No Smoking insurance requirement.

We are an accredited landlord with numerous associations nationwide: Residential Landlord Association, Landlord Accreditation Wales, North West Property Owners Association, Citywide Landlord Accreditation Safety Scheme & Liverpool Student Homes (Gold Standard).
